The middle school boys traveled to Onsted on Wednesday 10/4 to take on the Wildcats. The team played their most complete game of the season, attacking early and often. With the team firing on all cylinders they lit up the scoreboard. Gradyn Whelan threw two touchdowns both to Jaxon Phillip. Phillip would also score a rushing touchdown to cap off his three touchdown performance. Wyatt Cooley threw his first touchdown of the season in which Cyle McCleod was on the receiving end. Daejuan Garrison found the endzone twice with a rushing touchdown and a punt return touchdown. Isaac Keibler also got in on the action with two very nice rushing touchdowns.

The defense continued to be stout. They forced an impressive 5 turnovers. Whelan was able to force a fumble and return it for a touchdown, Grant Kutzley, Paul Blamchard, Isaac Keibler, Bryce Randolph, and Drew Erickson all were in on forced fumbles and fumble recoveries. The Wildcats not being able to get in a groove, the Redwolves were able to come away with yet another shutout.

With the modified scoring rules the final score was 30-0 with Clinton coming out on top.

The middle school teams host Hillsdale next Wednesday 10/11.
