Monday night was a great night on the field for the Redwolves as they went into Blissfield and picked up a victory against the Royals. The night started early for Clinton as they scored on a 50 yard touchdown pass from quarterback Jaren Settles to Clifford Jones, and 2 point conversion by Jake Halchishak, on their first drive of the game. The Royals would respond with a touchdown of their own but would be stopped on the conversion play. At half time it was a tight ball game with the Redwolves hanging onto an 8 to 6 lead. After a huge interception by Dacari Garrison, the Redwolves would put together a long hard fought drive which was capped off by a 6 yard touchdown run by Garrison, and 2 point conversion by Jones. Clinton was not done yet! After a John Keibler fumble recovery, the Redwolves would march down the field again and score behind a 3 yard touchdown from Jones. Garrison would add another 20 yard touchdown scamper and the Redwolves would seal the victory with a final score of 28 to 6.
