Clinton beat Onsted 5-3 on Monday night.  Jalen Stelzer dribbled the ball from defense to take a shot on goal with Ryan Tschirhart getting the crash and scoring the first goal of the night in the first 8 minutes of the game.  Ryan Tschinart scores again a minute later with an assist rom Sylas Montgomery.  Ryan Tschirhart gets his hattrick a minute later.  With four minutes left in the half Ryan takes the ball from half and dribbles in to make the score 4-0.  Second half Parker Baughey goes to the corner and puts the ball through on a perfect pass to Ryan Tschirhart to make the game 5-0.  Onsted starts their come back scoring 3 goals in the last 20 minutes.  Onsted and Clinton face off on Wednesday in the first round of districts. 

Clinton beat Blissfield 3-1.  Ryan Tschirhart scored 11 minutes in with a shot that the ball that slides in close to the pole.  Max Hampel plays the corner ball and Merrik Gibson gets the header to score the second goal of the night.  At half the game was 2-0.  Blissfield scored their first goal 18 minutes into the second half of the game.  Ryan Tschirhart takes the direct kick in and scores with 20 minutes left in the game.  Clinton plays again on Monday against Onsted at home at 5:00.

Clinton lost to Hillsdale 4-0.  The game was scoreless until 17 minutes into the second half when Hillsdale scored the first game of the night.  Hillsdale scored three more goals in the last 12 minutes of the game.  Brandon Mannlien had 9 keeper saves.  Clinton plays Onsted on Friday at 4:00 in Onsted.  

Clinton beat Columbia Central 6-1 Monday night.  Ryan Tschirhart scored the first goal with an assist from Samson Schaffner 5 minutes into the game.  3 minutes later Parker Baughtey scored on a beautiful ball to the back of the net.  With 27 minutes left in the half Max went alone, tapped around the goalie and scored the 3rd goal of the night.  At half Clinton was up 3-0.  Sam Erickson brought the ball up with a pass to Parker Baughey who put the perfect thru ball to Ryan Tschirhart for the 4th goal of the night 11 minutes into the half.  Tschirhart does it again 3 minutes later with an assist from Weston Fortney.  Tschirhart and Fortney give the one, two to scored another goal 10 minutes later.  Columbia Central scored the final goal with 4 minutes left in the half.  Mannlein had 9 saves.  Erickson, Stlezer, Wyman, and Cruz protected the goal.  Clinton plays again on Wednesday at home at 5:30 against Hillsdale.

Clinton beat Blissfield 3-1.  Samson Schaffner scored the first goal of the night by playing it off a defender with 14 minutes left in the half.  Blissfield came back and scored their first goal of the night with 10 minutes left in the half.  Ryan Tschirhart scored off a volley from Samson Schaffner with 4 minutes left in the half.  In the second half Ryan Tschirhart scored on a pass from Max Hampel.  Sam Erickson, Weston Fortney, Jalen Stelzer and Bryce Wyman protected the goal and moved the ball forward.  Brandon Mannlein had 5 saves. Clinton plays again Wednesday at Onsted at 5:30.

Clinton beat Three Rivers in the Maple Tournament.  Three Rivers scored on a PK in the first minute of the game.  Ryan Tschirhart scored with six minutes left in the game.  Merrik Gibson scored with an assist from Ryan Tschirhart with three minutes left in the game.  Three Rivers came back and scored on a corner kick with 1 minute left in the game.  Mattis Riddle put the ball in the air on a corner kick and Merrik Gibson scored Clinton the winning goal for the game.Mannlein had 5 saves.  Stelzer and Montgomery each had a save as defenders.   Clinton played Adrian next.  Clinton lost 5-0.  Mannlein had 11 saves.  Stelzer had 2 saves and Montgomery and Fortney each had a save as a defender.    Clinton plays Blissfield on Monday at 5:30.

Clinton lost to Ida 7-4.  Clinton started the night strong with Weston Fortney scoring from defense 2 minutes into the game.  Ryan Tschirhart scored 17 minutes into the half off of a PK.  Ida scored with 21 minutes left in the half off of a corner kick.  Samson Schaffner came back on a quick goal with an assist from Sylas Montgomery.  Then with 45 seconds left in the half Ida took the ball from half and scored.  Ida scored off another corner 5 minutes into the half.  Sylas Montgomery scored 9 minutes into the half.  Ida scored again 26 minutes into the half, 22 minutes, 19 and 7 minutes left in the game.  Brandon Mannlein had 10 saves and Jalen Stelzer had 3 saves.  Preston Cruz and Weston Fortney each had saves as defenders.  Clinton plays again Thursday against Grass Lake at 5:30.

Clinton beat Arbor Prep on Saturday 4-0  Clinton scored on a corner kick in the first 6 minutes.  Mattis Riddle put the ball in and Merrik Gibson scored.  At half the game was 1-0.  Clinton came back on fire and sore in the first minutes of the game.  Samson Schaffner crossed the ball and Sylas Montgomery scored with a header.  Jalen Stelzer pushed the ball up from defense to assist Ryan Tschirhart  in scoring with 12 minutes left in the game.  Ryan Tschirhart scored the final goal of the night from a perfect pass from Max Hampel.  Brandon Mannlien had 10 saves.  Sam Erickson, Weston Fortney, Jalen Stelzer and Bryce Wyman continue to protect the back and move the ball to transition play.  

Clinton lost to Hillsdale 1-0 last night.  Seven minutes into the game Hillsdale scored on a free kick.  Clinton battled hard the rest of the half.  At half the game remained 1-0.  Clinton came back in the second half ready to put the pressure on.  Two minutes into the half there was lightening and the game ended in a loss. Clinton plays Onsted at home on Thursday at 5:30.

Clinton beat Leslie 6-1.  Ryan Tschirhart starting the night off 5 minutes in the game with an assist from Samson Schaffner.  10 minutes later Leslie scored.  With 6 minutes left in the half Samson Schaffner scored with an assist from Ryan Tschirhart.  At half the game was Clinton 2, Leslie 1.  Mattis Riddle scored 15 minutes into the half with an assist from Ryan Tschirhart.  Preston Cruz scored with an assist from Jalen Stelzer's throw in with 11 minutes left in the game.  Samson Schaffner scored with an assist from Gabe Manchester with 2 minutes left in the game.  Ryan Tschirhart scored with and assist from Merrik Gibson with 13 second left in the game. Brandon Mannlein had 6 saves.  Sam Erickson, Weston Fortney, Jalen Stelzer and Bryce Wyman controlled the back line.  Clinton plays Tuesday in Hillsdale at 5:30.

Clinton battled hard to defeat Columbia Central. Ryan Tschirhart scored with an assist by Max Hampel 15 minutes into the game.  Merrik Gibson puts the ball through for Ryan Tschirhart to score 8 minutes later.  In the second half Columbia Central scored 15 minutes into the half and again 3 minutes later off a free kick. Samson Schaffner brought the ball wide and put the ball through for Ryan Tschirhart to score the final goal of the night. Brandon Mannlein had 3 saves.  Weston Fortney, Sam Erickson, Bryce Wyman, Jalen Stelzer and Preston Cruz protected the goal.  It was a great team played game.  Clinton plays again at Leslie on Thursday at 4:00.
