The "SQUAD", plus 2 Coaches

The Lady Redwolves Golf Team will be making BACK-BACK MHSAA State Golf Finals Appearance. They shot a team PB with a 394! The girls had four PB's on the day!! "I tell you what, I was nervous all morning hoping and wishing the girls play well and make a run at another trip to finals and they delivered BIG time. Kierra Fivenson (shaved 3 strokes off her best round) and Brenna Broman (shaved 2 off of her best round) they both shot a 110; Kaylie Livingston shot a 103, cutting off 5 strokes and Raven Aldridge who started the season with 150 rounds shot an outstanding 98, cutting off 2 strokes. Kyleigh Ramos was her steady self shooting a very solid 83, finishing individually in 2nd place in the region. Saying I'm proud of this team is an "understatement". They have exceeded my expectations. I knew we would be fighting for a spot at the state finals, but what they are shooting and how they are playing it just amazing!! I'm so proud of what these girls have done as they have built on the tradition of the ones who came before them and those girls who decided to come out and try a NEW sport have really done something special here in Clinton. Those previous ladies Ella Grave, Emma Fair, Breanna Ramos and Brynn Frederick were great ambassadors for us and I thank them. On to states, where we will work on moving on up the leaderboard from last year. We will be heading to Bedford Valley GC, in Battle Creek. There will be 18 teams with 18 individual golfers making a field of 108 golfers. We will head up there to Represent Clinton and try and set some new records." Stated Coach Ramos
