The CHS boys and girls both defeated Blissfield in their home match at Ten Pin Alley. The boys rolled baker game of 198 and 119 to find themselves trailing 4 to 6. The team came together and shot 951 in match 1 only losing 1 point that round. Lucas Goodman led with 236 followed by Emmet Bodmer-Claussen 199, Logan Roberts 189, Justin Celmer 188 and Mason Harden 139. Match 2 was led by Logan Roberts 200 and Mason Harden 181 to win the game 17 to 13. The girls went up against Blissfield's team of 3 members. They swept the baker games 10 to 0 and match 1 9 to 0. Match 2, the CHS girls only lost 2 points for a 28 to 2 victory. Paige Shankland led the way with 213 & 200 (413 series). Emerald Sierer 168, Cora Harsh 146, Kaylee Reiser 121 and Ginger Wahl 118. The bowling team has a busy weekend of bowling. Saturday is Jamboree #4 at Lenawee Rec and Sunday is Lenawee County High School Tournament with every school in Lenawee County competes for the individual singles scratch champion at Ten Pin Alley. The last home meet will be February 8th at Ten Pin Alley vs Onsted with celebrating Senior Night. Come out and cheer them on!
