Clinton beats Manchester in Pre-District game at Grasslake. (District host)

Renee Hoffman was the winning pitcher, allowing 1 hit, 1 walk, and personal best, 18 strikeouts.

Offense was led by a group of Clinton hitters. Hoffman going 2-4 with a double and triple. Rilee Szczesniak was also hot, going 3-3 with a stolen base. Payton Hernandez led, going 2-2 with 2 RBI. Libbi Fair was 2-4 with a triple and RBI. Syndey Amsdill added an RBI double, Sam Renaldi added a 2 RBI single, and Mackenzie Amsdill added an RBI single.

Clinton finishes up league tomorrow at Britton-Deerfield, then on to districts Saturday. First game is 10:00am against host Grass Lake.
