Clinton traveled to Dundee tonight to play their first game against the Dundee Vikings.  Clinton lost in three straight sets with scores of 16-25, 19-25, and 18-25.  

Dundee was able to pull out some big runs with their serves and keep us off guard.  Quick start from Dundee had us on our heels.  Clinton had some good runs but couldn´t pull ahead.

Lena Korte led with 13 kills, Tess Woerner had 9 kills, 8 points, and 6 digs, while Karlee Szczesniak had 21 assists and 3 digs. Josilyne Schanz had 6 kills and 4 blocks while Sophia Sheneman had 10 digs with 10 serve receive passes. Ashlyn Schmidt had 12 digs, 19 serve receive passes, and 5 points off the service line. 

The team hitting percent was under .100 and serving was at 88% both tough to have in order to win.  Focus will be working as a team to make good decisions on placement and tougher,  more accurate serves to add more points from our side of the net. Clinton travels to Lincoln on Thursday for their quad at 5 pm.
