The lone Redwolf to make it to the MHSAA State Golf Finals at MSU-Forest Akers Golf Course West this past weekend was Junior Jacob Rothman. He posted a 2 day total of 174 (92-82), good for T55 out of 113 golfers. "Jacob did a great job putting behind him a very tough first round that found him struggling to find his swing which in turn left him in some really poor positions all day on the course. However, he came back Saturday to shave off 10 strokes, highlighted with Back-Back-Back birdies on holes 10-par 3, 11-par 4 and 12-par 3 to shoot an even par 36 on the back nine. Jacob climbed up 27 positions on the 2nd Day with his second round 82. Congratulations on a great season, Jacob!!" stated Coach Ramos.
