The #7 ranked Clinton Redskins traveled to Summerfield and teed it up at Deme Acres GC for the #2 TCC Jamboree of the season and came away in 1st place with a score of 163, besting 2nd place Whitmore Lake who had a score of 180. Austin Fauser led the charge with a -1, 33, Garrett Ramos added a 40, Daniel Shovels with a 44 and Eric Berndt came in with a score of 46 to round out the scoring. Will Gragg shot a 47 and Tess Woerner, I believe the first female golfer to participate in a TCC event ever for the Redskins, shot a 64. Earlier in the season Josilyne Schanz played earlier in the season with the Redskins in a tournament, being the first, I believe, to participate in a Redskin golf tournament. The Redskins will travel to Battle Creek (Binder Park GC) to play in the St. Phil Invite.
