Girls wrestling competes at Montague

Game Date: Dec 29, 2023

Three girls traveled to Montague High School to compete in the always tough Lady Mat Cat invitational.
Faith Blackburn came into the tournament as a sixth seed and walked away with a 3rd place finish. She pick up a pin and technical fall in her first two matches, before falling in the semis. In her 3rd place match she won by pin in the third period.

Kierra Fiverson battled through a little bit of illness and competed well.

Raven Aldridge went 3-1 finishing runner up. She picked up 1 pin and two decisions reaching the finals were she fell to the top seed 9-1.

The girls are back in action next week at Monroe Saint Mary's.
