On Friday, April 19, the Redwolves hosted a throwers only invitational meet at Wegner Field. The men's team finished 3rd at the meet and the women's team finished 2nd. Monroe was the victor of the men's team competitions and Morenci won the meet for the women's event.
The men were led by the shot put and discus champion Mason Brodie. For the first place women, Kaylie Livingston finished second in the discus and Gabby Cordova finished 6th in the shot put with a new PR.
A 4x100 throwers relay was also held at the meet. A dead heat for first place resulted in the mens' race with Mason Brodie, Landon Lakatos, Brandon Johnson, and Tyrus Hayes tying with the Morenci team of Van Ekins, Briar Price, Emmanuel DePalma, and Wyatt Berger. Clinton's womens' team of Kaylie Livingston, Madison Moore, Isabella Szubielak, and Annabelle Howard finished first in their race.
