The 7th grade team traveled to Hudson and faced strong serves and a great defense.  They fought hard, but ultimately lost the game after three sets.  The scores were 5-25, 13-25 and 11-25. Karsyn Nicholson had 5 points (1 ace), Geonna Caballero had 4 points (1 ace) and Paisley Kurowicki had 2 points (2 aces).  All of the girls are working on their aggression on the court and communication with one another.  They take on Dundee at home on Monday. 

The 8th grade volleyball team came away with their second win tonight, defeating Hudson 25-11, 25-10, and 25-20. At the net, Kylie Hicks and DeLane McKinnon each had 5 kills, followed by Brooklynn Kranz with 4 kills. Zoey Riddle led with 12 points (7 aces) and Addie Loftis added 10 pts(6 aces) and10 assists for the night. Layla Sisty had a great defensive night and had 9 points (1 ace).  Ella Wollett contributed 7pts and 2 digs.  McKenna Hock and Mia Casey did a great job at the net, while Jacy Brown, Amelia Harsh and Madison Holcomb all had great defensive games!  Coach Miller is very proud of how the girls came together and played as a team for this win!
