Clinton 7th grade traveled to Hudson Wednesday night to play the Tigers. Clinton 7th grade won a three set thriller!  They came out strong in the first set with a big win 25-7. The second set Hudson came out with strong serving and rally’s and won a close set 23-25. Clinton came out ready to battle for the third set and won 25-16!  Serving points on the night were- McKenna 5 points (3 aces), Zoey 9 points (4 aces), Brooklynn 10 points (7 aces), DeLane and Josslyn with 2 points each, Layla with 1 point and Addison with 17 points (10 aces). All girls contributed to this victory and Coach Lund said, “this team is really working to get better as a team and individual each day! Keep up the hard work ladies. Proud of you all!” 

The 8th grade volleyball team continued their winning streak as they swept Hudson on the road Wednesday night, winning 25-11, 25-22, 25-18. Serving and aggressive offense continues to be areas of strength for the team. Emily Farmer led in serving with 10 points(6 aces). Erin Burton was close behind with 7 points(2 aces). Melanie Lukas and Adella Kline each added 6 points. Our defensive specialists continue to be the heart of our offense, we great passes to our setters. Lila Kennedy, Alicianna Freebairn, Harper Ulrich, Lexi Tzortzinis, Addy Vershum, and Madison Hardcastle each contributed from the back row. At the net, Molly Sierer and Melanie Lukas had 5 kills a piece on the night. Kali Jarrell and Sunny Sachin had 3 each and Joslyn Kranz and Abby Sheneman had 2.
