The 8th grade Girls Basketball team traveled to Morenci to take on the Bulldogs Monday night. The Redskins put up a good fight but Morenci’s sharp shooting in the first half made the difference early in the game. Morenci beat the Redskins 24-11. Clinton was led by Brynn Frederick with 5 points, 11 rebounds and 2 steals. Mackenzie Brandvold had 2 points with 5 steals. Breanna Ramos had 2 points and 2 steals. Rachel DuFord had 2 points and Davia Welch had 7 rebounds for the Redskins.
Clinton’s next game is home on Wednesday against the Whitemore Lake Trojans.
