7th Grade Girls Basketball

The 7th grade basketball team lost in overtime to Madison by the score of 16-18. It was a exciting start to our season. I think we learned a lot and the girls will have better idea of what to expect in the next game. Emma Fair led us in scoring with 8 points. Mia Struck added four points. Noelle Riley and Sophia Sheneman each had 2 points.

8th Grade

The Clinton 8th Grade Girls Basketball team opened there season at home against their TCC foe the   Madison Trojans Monday night. After the first half the Redskins were down 5-11. Clinton started to feel confident and put up 6 points in the third frame but cold shooting and turnovers plagued the Redskins in the fourth. Madison won the game 21-12.

Brynn Frederick had 6 points 5 steals and 1 rebound
Breanna Ramos had 4 points 3 rebounds and 2 steals
Josilyne Schanz had 2 points 4 rebounds.
Davia Welch had 7 rebounds.

Clinton will travel to Morenci next Monday to battle the Bulldogs.
