The Clinton JV girls basketball watched its 11-point lead diminish in the 3rd quarter during the Britton Deerfield contest. The TEAM responded with composure and teamwork to outscore the lady Patriots 11-2 in the final period to secure the win.
The Redwolves won their 3rd game of the season 44-25 by keeping their composure and executing their offense in the final period. Coach Frederick said “The TEAM just continues to get better every practice and game. At the beginning of the year I do not think we pull away in the 4th quarter, but it just shows how much these girls are working”. Mieah Rodriguez lead all scores with 22 points while Eden Frederick chipped in 14 points and had 8 rebounds. Finnley Faulkner also contributed 8 rebounds, while Clara Luque lead the team in steals with 6. The lady Redwolves will see if they can keep their winning streak alive when they visit Onsted on Tuesday night.
