Traveling to Blissfield for the first road contest of the young season, the squad was handed a loss by the score of 42-21. Yet another learning opportunity for this inexperienced team. Different players have been able to shine in different games so far this season, and tonight it was Freshman Griffin Faulkner's turn. Although she only scored 2 points, she hustled and made some small adjustments to show improvement on the floor. Leading in the scoring column was Cassie McNatt with 8 points. Emma Fair had 4, Sophia Sheneman 3, Ruby Sierer and Natalie Abram chipped in two more points each. The JV team does not have a game on Friday, but the Varsity girls will be traveling to Ypsi Lincoln for a 7:00 tip.
