After getting their first competition of the season under their belt, the Clinton Competitive Cheer team brought improvements to their round 2 score. With a two day turn around from the first competition, they also put out a portion of round 3 at the Pinckney Invitational on Saturday, February 20th. Their round 1 stayed pretty consistent to their score at CC on Wednesday with a 172.1. Round 2 showed a 15.2 point increase with a score of 137.16, giving them a combined score of 309.26 going into round 3. With only 34 seconds of a round three, these girls received an execution score of 18 points, awarding them an additional execution bonus score of 1.5 per judge, helping them reach an impressive round three score for such a short cheer of 174.3. They closed the competition with a total of 483.56.
