Girls Varsity Comp Cheer at 2019 LCAA Hudson Jamboree

Season 2019-2020 has officially begun, and this year’s team is already on fire! We opened our season by joining the LCAA teams at their league meet at Hudson on Wednesday, December 18th. Going into Round 3, our Clinton girls were in sixth place with a combined two round score of 345.54, ahead of Hillsdale and Dundee. With a Round 3 score of 220.8, the girls ended the night in 8th place with a 566.34, just 8.06 points behind Dundee.
Highlights of the night compared to the previous two years:
- Highest season opening scores for all three rounds. 44.6 points higher for round one, 32.32 for round two, and 23.9 for round three.
- New high scores for the precision drill, toe touch jump, and splits in Round 2.
- New high score for floor mobility, vocals, and team coordination in Round 3.
This is just the start of a promising season for these girls.
