The JV boys basketball team traveled to Madison High School Tuesday night to compete against the Trojans. Madison had already defeated the Redwolves earlier in the season, but this game was a much different story as the Clinton team won the game by a score of 71-50 to improve to 14-3 overall and 10-2 in the LCAA play. 

Madison came out in a press to start the game on defense, but the passing of the Redwolves led to multiple lay-ups that led to a 20-13 Clinton lead after the first quarter. Madison then switched up to a half court zone to try and slow the Redwolf offense, and found some success, but Clinton would still extend their lead heading into halftime after a 12-6 second quarter advantage. After halftime, the Clinton offense would continue to roll as Clinton seemed to have an answer for everything Madison would try. 

Louie Della-Badia and Cole Hillegonds each finished with a game-high 19 points apiece. Ronan Stelzer and Angel Rubio added 9 points while Owen Barnhart contributed 8 points. Dacari Garrison chipped in with 4 points, Jacob Pizio 2 points, and Broden Mancehster 1 point. Brandon Ruhl also played a great game on both ends of the floor. 

The JV team will be at home on Friday night to face the Ida Blustreaks in the team's final home game of the season.
