The boys JV basketball team had their hands full on Tuesday evening with a solid Onsted JV teaming coming into town. The team was up for the challenge as they pulled out a thrilling 48-44 OT victory over the visiting Wildcats.

Scoring was at a premium as each teams' defense ruled the night. The Wildcats would take a one point lead into halftime by a score of 18-17. The 3rd quarter was controlled by Onsted and they took a 7 point lead into the fourth quarter. The fourth quarter was all Clinton as they climbed back to tie the game on Louie Della-Badia's heroics, knocking down a three pointer with just under 7 seconds remaining off of a baseline out of bounds set. His three pointer sent the game to OT with the score knotted up at 42-42. 

The momentum would stick with the Redwolves in the Overtime period, thanks in large part to Owen Barnhart's five points. His three point play to begin the overtime gave the Redwolves the lead for good and the team would not look back.

Owen Barnhart carried the scoring lead on the night, finishing with 16 points. Louie Della-Badia would also reach double figures scoring 10 points. Ronan Stelzer and Cole Hillegonds added 8 points each and Dacari Garrison finished with 6 points. 

The team is now 7-3 overall and 3-2 in the LCAA. They will be back in action on Thursday as they will visit Dundee for a 5:30PM game.
