Coming off of winter break, the JV basketball team was looking to get the 2024 portion of their season started in a big way on Friday. That they did, as they walked into Hudson and came away with a 57-39 victory over the host Tigers to earn their first win in the new year and improve their record to 6-3 overall and 2-2 in the LCAA. 

The Redwolves came out on fire to begin the game, scoring 15 points in the first four minutes of the game, building an early lead and would be in control the rest of the game. The teams would play even for most of the third quarter until the Redwolves went on a 6-0 run to end the quarter and take an 18 point lead heading into the final frame. 

Louie Della-Badia lead the team with 14 points, while Owen Barnhart added 13 points. Dacari Garrison finished with 11 points and Ronan Stelzer made it four Redwolves on the night in double figures finishing with 10 points. 

The team will be back in action at home Tuesday night as Onsted comes to town. The JV game starts at 5:30, with the varsity game set to tip at 7:00.
