The JV boys basketball team was home on Tuesday night to face the Adrian Madison Trojans in their home opener. The Redwolves were unable to keep pace with the Trojans late in the game and fell by a score of 57-40. 

The first half was an entertaining back and forth battle as both teams led several times throughout. Ultimately, the Trojans would take a five point 29-24 lead into the break. Madison came out of the half and extended their lead to double digits, but the Redwolves would not go away just yet. After clinbing back to cut the lead to just six points, the Redwolves would head into the fourth quarter down 7 points by a score of 42-35. The Trojans defense would then be the story of the game in this one, as it held Clinton to just five fourth quarter points, which put the game away. 

With the loss, the Redwolves drop to 3-1 overall and 1-1 in the LCAA. They will take on Blissifield on Thursday at home.
