The Clinton JV boys basketball team traveled to Whiteford on Tuesday evening for a TCC matchup.  Whiteford proved to be too much for the Redskins to handle on this night as they walked away with a 48-29 win which dropped the Redskins to 3-7 overall and 2-4 in the TCC.

Points were hard to come by for the Redskins as Whiteford's defense held Clinton to just 1 first quarter point and 7 points at the half.   The Redskins were held to 25% shooting and were forced in to a season high 27 turnovers on the night.  

Grant Stockford was able to manage 14 points on the night to lead the Redskins to go with 9 rebounds and 3 steals.  Landon Busz chipped in with 7 points.

Clinton will be on the road again on Friday as they will travel to Madison to take on the Trojans.  The game will be part of the Madison winter homecoming festivities.  The JV game will tip at 5:30PM with the varsity game to follow at 7:00PM.
