Clinton jumped out to an early lead in the first inning, capitalizing on two errors and a series of patient at-bats. Cooley capped off the inning with a two-RBI single to extend the lead.

On the mound, Caleb Ernst was nearly untouchable. The right-hander threw a five-inning no-hitter, striking out eight and walking just two to earn the win.
Both Worden and Cooley drove in four runs apiece, while Ernst contributed at the plate with three walks. Clinton displayed excellent plate discipline throughout the game, drawing 10 walks in total.
Defensively, the Redwolves were flawless, committing no errors and turning one double play. Lucas Coughlin led the team with eight chances in the field.
