MANCHESTER HIGH SCHOOL: 4
Redskins Varsity Baseball team started their season with a 2 game sweep of Manchester . Winning game 1 ( 6-4 ) and game 2 ( 3-1 ) winning pitchers were Luc Olson with Piersen Riley earning the save and Derek Tomalak game 2 winner . The Redskin offense was led by Dylan Settles scoring 3 runs in game 1 and batting 2 for 3 . Game 2 leaders were jack Voll hitting 3 for 3 with 2 doubles and Settles again with a deep triple ! Tommy Burt also added two doubles for the Redskins. Clinton host Sand Creek on Wednesday for a league double header .
