Clinton traveled to Whitmore Lake for their first tournament since covid. They went 1-2-1 against some good competition. They competed in every game and worked hard to get better! . 

Stats on the day were lead in serving by Nalani Schanz with 26 serving points on 100% serving and 82 assists on the day with 25 points, and 17 digs.  Passing was led by Madalyn Freitas with 35 digs, 10 digs, and 25 serve receive passes while MacKenzie Brandvold had 32 good serve receive passes, 11 kills, 15 points, amd 15 digs.  Sophia Sheneman had 23 digs, 20 good serve receive passes and 16 points. Taylor Randolph had 8 digs and 32 good serve receive passes while Josilyne Schanz had 16 digs, 16 serving points, and 6 aces.  Lauren Sheneman had 11 kills, 3 blocks with many touches ont he day.  Kaylee Kranz had 41 kills, 21 digs, 19 serve points, and 14 good serve receive passes. Noelle Riley was 34-36 from the line with two aces and 4 digs while Brynn Frederick had 3 points and 3 digs.

In the gold bracket they lost in three tons tough #1 seed Traverse City Christian with scores of 16-25, 28-26, 15-17. The team came out stronger with serving and passing off defense and serve receive.
