Clinton hosted their annual Cancer Game tonight home against Sand Creek!  Clinton came away with a win going 3-1 on the night.  Varsity came out strong beating Sand Creek 25-17.  Then struggling in game 2 on the offensive end down 8 early to loose 22-25 before they came back 25-12 then 25-13.

As a team Clinton was 95.6% serving and hit .248 which are top 3 stats from the season.  Leading team with setting assists was Karlee Szczesniak with 32 on the night with 7 points off her serve.  Leading the team in kills tonight was Tess Woerner and Megyn Arntz both with 11 kills.  Tess also had 2 blocks, 8 digs, 4 points, and 15 serve receive passes while Megyn also had 4 blocks and many touches. Josilyn Schanz had 9 kills, 2 blocks, and 7 service points. Lily Thompson had 17 digs, 16 service points, and 8 serve receive passes while Ashlyn Schmidt had 12 digs, 8 points, and 10 serve receive passes.  Jaecy Jones had 11 digs, 15 points, and 8 serve receive passes. 

It was a great night with a full house!  The support for our Cancer Game is amazing and we are so thankful for everyone coming to support us and our efforts in fighting to do our part to "Pass, Set, Kill Cancer".

Clinton is now 16-13-2 (6-3 in TCC) on the year. Clinton will travel to Adrian High School Saturday where they play starting at 9 am against Tecumseh and then will host their double header against Summerfield on Tuesday starting at 5pm for both JV and Varsity.
