Clinton Varsity girls traveled to Adrian High School for their annual County tournament.  They had a tough pool in pool play.  They went 2-4 in pool play playing Hudson, Madison, and Morenci.  They played tough and hung with the top seeds in the County.

Clinton was led in kills by Briana Buton with 18 and 5 digs.   Rilee Szczesniak had 27 digs, 24 serve receive passes, and 9 points.   Megyn Artnz had 17 kills and 8 blocks on the day.  Saydie had 16 kills, 6 digs, 7 aces, 3 blocks, and 15 points. Sam Renaldi had 8 kills, 5 digs and 7 blocks.  Payton Blaze had 36 digs and 51 serve receive passes, and 20 serving points.  Breece Phillips had 20 digs and 22 serve receive passes, while Lindsey Burton had 4 kills and 8 blocks. Tess Woerner had 9 kills, 8 points, and 5 digs. The setting duo had 42 assists, 20 digs, and 16 points for Ali Elwart while Karlee Szczesniak had 22 assists, 11 digs, and 15 pointns.

Next up, Clinton plays home against Morenci in a double header at home starting at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, October 16th.  Clinton's record is now 16-20-3.
