Clinton beat Jackson Northwest 4-2 in the season opener.  Northwest scored first 30 minutes into the first half.  In the second half Aubrey Lauer scored 8 minutes into the second half.  She took it alone from half dribbling through many defenders to shoot and score.  Northwest came back with a second goal with 16 minutes left in the game.  Ashlyn Lehman found Aubrey Lauer to score with 10 minutes left in the game, making it 2-2.  Jackie Whiting took the punt, Mia Calucci got her foot on it, to pass the ball to Aubrey Lauer to score with 7 minutes left in the game.  Lehman found Lauer to score with 45 seconds left in the game to make the final 4-2.  Whiting had 12 saves.  Eden Frederick, Ally Schaffner, Makayla Whitehead, and Dalia Albashir played outstanding defense.
