The Redwolves Varsity Golf team traveled to the St Phil Tiger Invite in Battle Creek, at Binder Park Golf Course. "The tournament was weather shortened due to thunder and lightning on the area. However, that doesn't mean the Redwolves were not playing well individually and more importantly as a team. Because of the shortened tournament, the coaches decided to use each players first 13 holes, as all players were at least through that many holes, to determine a Tournament Champion and an All Tournament Top 10. There were 11 schools represented at the invite today. The Redwolves  finished 4th in the team standings and had one player make the top 10 all tournament team, Ethan Younts was +11 thru 13 holes today. followed closely by Jacob Rothman with a +13, Nate Arntz with +15, George Ames +25 and Kent McCombs +33. So, this put our team score at +64 on the day and earned us that 4th place spot. Some very good play from the team today, as we just keep talking about, keep improving each time out. Some quality shots made out there today." stated Coach Ramos. The Redwolves will be in action this upcoming Monday at the County Championships being held at the Hills of Lenawee with a shotgun start at 9:00, good luck fellas.
