Do you drink enough water? If not, consider participating in the 31 day challenge to drink half of your body weight in ounces!  Commit today!

What do you need to do?
1. DRINK WATER!  Drink half of your body weight in ounces each day!
2. Suggested App to track progress - ‘Drink Water Reminder & Water Tracker - Hydro Coach’
3. Benefits of drinking water - helps to maximize physical performance, improves energy levels/brain function, helps prevent/reduce headaches, improves skin health, etc.
4. Drinking too much water can be dangerous.  Please stay within the daily recommended amount!
5. Tweet progress by using the hashtag #WhyArentYouDrinkingWater
