The Clinton football team used a strong second-half effort to upend Madison, 43-21, at Wegner Field Friday night.
Jack Voll led the charge offensively with 106 rushing yards and two scores. Christian Minard added 60 yards and three touchdowns. Davey Campbell led the way defensively, stripping the ball from a Madison ball-carrier and taking it to paydirt to open the scoring. Campbell also had an interception late in the game to seal the win.
Minard and Christian Korte paced the defense with six tackles each. Jonathan Baughey was 5-for-5 on extra point kicks.
The Redskins will travel to Springport Friday for a MHSAA pre-district contest, with kick-off set for 7 p.m.
