The Boys' Middle School track team won a close meet against Morenci with a score of 70-58 Taking first place in the high jump was Nathan Smith at 5'2" and Devon Curry was third (4'8"). Garrett Beazley set another season-high throw in the shot put taking first place with a distance of 35'11" and Matt Johnson was second at 34' 7 3/4". Eric Neff won the 3200m run in 13:58. Taking first in the relays were 800m relay team of  Logan Badge, Kent McCombs, Nate Smith and Derek Tomalak (1:52.2), the 400m team of Badge, McCombs, Brennan Schnaidt and Tomalak (51.6) and the 1600m team of Fabian Ramirez, Caden Zbikowski, Max Hampel and Logan DeVitto (4:35). Also taking firsts were Schnaidt (13.5) in the 100m dash and Smith (1:04) in the 400m dash. 

The Girls team lost a very close meet 60-68 to Morenci. Cassie McNatt was first in the 55m hurdles (10.8) and the 1600m run (6:24). Mackenzie Branvold was second with a time of 11.1. Mia Struck was first in the 400m dash (1:09.5) and Samantha Coots was first in the 3200m run at 14:05. Second place finishers were Mykell Brodie in the shot put (25' 3") Griffen Faulkner in the 100m dash (15.5), Shaylin VanZandt in the 70m dash (10.5) and Brynn Frederick in the 200m dash (31.3). Frederick was also second in the high jump at 3' 8". The 400m relay team of VanZandt, Kendall Phillip, PJ Gregg and Faulkner finished first in 1:01.2. The 800m relay of VanZandt, Gregg, Struck and Summer Chandler also finished first in 2:19.9.
