Clinton Volleyball Battles at Cereal City Tournament

The Clinton Redwolves volleyball team traveled to Battle Creek this past weekend to compete in the Cereal City Tournament, facing strong competition from Three Rivers, Harper Creek, Battle Creek Central, and Mendon. The Redwolves showed grit and depth across the board, highlighted by standout individual performances and balanced team play.
As setter, Avery Loftis directed the offense with precision, finishing the tournament with 56 assists, 5 kills, and 29 digs. Alongside her, Addison Loftis was a two-way threat, contributing 19 kills, 35 assists, and 31 digs in a strong all-around effort.
The Clinton front line was powered by Bella Bannon, who dominated the middle with 40 kills while hitting .379, while also adding 9 digs. Abby Sheneman provided a spark at the net with 16 kills and 4 solo blocks, while outside hitters Rylee Pepper (15 kills, 9 digs) and Makenna Gore (13 kills) chipped in consistently. Zoey Utz also added depth with 5 kills.
Defensively, the Redwolves were anchored by libero Brailey Gibson’s 44 digs, while Calli Kruger (29 digs) and Lila Kennedy (17 digs) provided crucial support in the back row.
