The Varsity Golf Team traveled to The Hills of Baw Beese Country Club in Hillsdale for their first LCAA Jamboree (9holes) of the season, we have 4 total and then the LCAA Championships.  Clinton finished 4/7 teams and only 5 strokes out of 3rd place. "The course was 'new' for everyone and when they say hills they mean hills. The course was in great shape and the lake right beside the course provided a great backdrop for the golfers", stated Coach Ramos. The team was paced by Medalist Jacob Rothman who shot a +8, 44 for 1st place. The rest of the team did their part to help Clinton finish 4th; Eric Berndt 51, Kyleigh Ramos and Tess Woerner each shot a 60, Nate Arntz 63 and Jarrod Walden with a 67. The golf team will be back in action Wednesday as they participate in the East Jackson HS Invite being held at Calderone Golf Course, in Grass Lake.
