The Division IV #6 ranked Clinton Redskins traveled to Dexter to play in the Orange Theory Invite held at Hudson Mills Golf Course. There were 24 teams teams at today's event (only 2 Division IV teams attending Cinton and Clarkston Everestt Collegiate Catholic), 120 golfers at today's invite. Austin Fauser was the overall medalist with a -3, 67 on today's par 70 course. The Redskins shot a team score of 336, also shooting a great score of 75 today was Garrett Ramos, finishing in the top 14 with ties. Rounding out the scoring today were Daniel Shovels shot 96 and Eric Berndt shot a 98, while Will Gragg shot a 100. "The boys shot well today on a new course, shooting our best 18 hole team score of the year. We continue to make good swings and starting to make better golf decisions on the course. I know the boys are always ready to keep working on things they want to shore up during practices. We will keep :GRINDING to get better, as we know we are working towards Wednesday May 29th and our golf regional." commented Coach Ramos The Redskins are on the road next Tuesday as they travel to the Onsted Invite at the Grande Golf Course in Jackson.
