Coach Chavez wasn't exactly sure what he was going to get going into Tuesday nights Varsity Boy's Basketball game against Sand Creek, with many guys on the team battling illness. The team didn't disappoint and rallied with a big 4th quarter to top the Aggies by a score of 55-40. The first 3 quarters were close, with the game tied 21-21 at the half and Clinton up by 2 at the end of the 3rd. A 4th quarter charge led by the line-up of Justin Felts, Jared Lancaster, Collin Stapnowski, Mitchell Drabicki and Keegan Degner saw the Redskins outscore Sand Creek by 13 points in the 4th. Overall, the team moved the ball really well on the offensive end and made key stops on the defensive end when they were needed. Coach hopes that the team can keep the forward momentum as well as come back a bit more healthy, as they have a tough game coming up at Madison on Friday.

Scoring for the Redskins were Drabicki (15), Felts (14), Steven Fortney (8), Lancaster (7), Stapnowski (6), Degner (4) and Clay Langer-Freeman (1). Justin Felts led rebounders with 11.
