MADISON HIGH SCHOOL: 48
The Redskins lost a tough game to Madison on Friday night, 48-44. Clinton got down big early, and could not dig themselves out of the hole completely.
"We got down early and it took us a little while to wake up. It took us until we were down 21-7 in the second quarter before we finally started to play with the type of effort we need to play with. We fought back hard, and started to play better, but ultimately, going 6-20 from the FT line was our downfall," Coach Kelly said.
Justin Felts led the team with 13 points, Clark Nelson added 12.
We had three senior celebrate Senior Night and their final home game on Friday night. The program would like to thank Robbie Campbell, Clark Nelson, and Nick Shoner for their commitment and hard work the last two seasons.
Overall record: 7-10 (TCC: 5-7)
