ADDISON HIGH SCHOOL: 44
The Redskins welcomed the Addison Panthers to Clinton on Tuesday night for a non-league matchup. Clinton came away with a hard-fought 51-44 win. A slow-paced first half led to a low scoring game, with Clinton leading at the break, 19-13.
"They played a little match up zone, and we just weren't used to seeing it. It took us some time get it figured out. We made some adjustments at halftime and got the game going at a little quicker pace in the 2nd half." Coach Jordan Kelly said. "The second game for us in two nights, so we were a little flat at times. It's just nice to come away with a win."
Leading the way for the Redskins was Justin Felts with 19 points and 9 rebounds. Clark Nelson added 12 points and 8 rebounds.
Clinton plays again on Friday as it hosts Madison on Senior Night. Join us as we honor our seniors!
