In as many days, the Clinton Golf team played their 2nd 18 hole event at the Madison Ryder Cup event, played at Wolf Creek GC. The red vent had 10 teams and the Clinton team placed in 7th place with a 308. The team was put into pairings of two and competed as a team in 3 different types of golfing styles. The invite was set up into a 6-6-6 playing Best Ball, Alternate Shot & a Scramble. Every 6 holes the 2 golfers paired together would play the type of format they needed to. The pairings for the day were 1-Eric Berndt & Hallie Kittle (106, 18/30) 2-Kyleigh Ramos & Nate Arntz (113, 21/30) & 3-Tess Woerner & Jacob Rothman (89, 7/30, medal top 10). The team had fun and it was a beautiful day for some golf. The golf team is next in action next Friday at the "Tom Reynolds Invite", hosted by Marshall HS at the Marshall Country Club & then will also play Saturday again in the Perry HS "Dick's Sporting Goods Invite" at Glen Briar GC.
