After having just about everything find the bottom of the net last Friday, the Clinton JV team had a difficult time locating the basket Tuesday night in their non league game at Ann Arbor Central Academy.  Friday, the JV team shot 54% from the field for the game, but could only hit on 27% of their field goal attempts Tuesday night, resulting in a 49-31 defeat.  The loss drops the Redskins to 6-9 overall while still remaining 4-5 in the TCC. 

After taking an early 4-0 lead, Central Academy went on an impressive 30-7 run to close the half and take a commanding 30-11 lead.  The Redskins would not go down without a fight as shown by Clinton's 16-9 scoring advantage in the fourth quarter, but any run that Clinton tried to start was quickly halted by Central Academy.

Lucas Richie led Clinton in the scoring column with 9 points and added 2 steals.  Kyle Wenk finished with 5 points to go with a team high 5 rebounds.

Clinton will look to get back on track at home this coming Friday when they face Summerfield for winter homecoming.  The JV game starts at 5:30 with the varstiy to follow at 7:00PM.
