The Clinton Varsity boys track team placed 6th out of 16 teams Friday at the East Jackson Dome Classic scoring 51 points.  Scoring points for the Redskins were Lucas Crumb- 1st in the 110 Hurdles (16.38) and 3rd in the 300 hurdles (44.43), Christian Minard 7th in the 3200m (11:36), 800m relay of Alex Wylie, Noah DeShano, Colton Freeman and Trevor Underwood 1st (1;36.4), 400m relay team of Ryan Skiff, Ian Root, DeShano and Freeman 8th (48.2), 3200m relay team of Tyler Sczcepanski, Noah Smith, Minard and Nate Chavez 5th (9:29), 1600m relay team of Szczepanski, Crumb, Cooper Renaldi and Smith 7th (3:50). The field events featured Connor Brodies 3rd place finish in the shot put with a seasons best throw of 43-8, Steven Posa's 2nd place finish in the discus with a seasons best 121-3 and Renaldi finishing 7th in the high jump (5-6). Addison won the event with 90 points. 

Varsity Girls Track at Dome Classic Invite results

Amanda Schaare led the way at the Dome Classic Invitational with dominating victories in both the shot put 40 feet 5 inches and discus 139 feet 4 inches! The 4x800 meter relay team of Allie Elwart, Alissa King, Ashley Bouse and Makayla Fletcher did an outstanding job earning 6th place wrap up scoring. Other fine performances on the day were had by Tessia Struck, Paige Studnicka and Lindsey Burton in sprints, Meghan Arnst and Chelsea Scheffler in high jump, Shelby Mellinger in throws and Alissa Beach in polevault.
