SAND CREEK HIGH SCHOOL: 9
The varsity wrestling team took on Sand Creek att heir place in a league dual meet and came home with a 58-9 victory. The dual meet started at 140 pounds and Riley Jeffrey started with a first period pin. a win by Jeffrey Konz and a forfeit made the score 15-0. Brayden Randolph and Eathen Hicks added wins before Sand Creek got their only points of the night at 189 and 215 making the score at that point 21-9. Don stump got it rolling the rest of the way with a win at 285. That was followed by a forfeit win for Makenzie German and a major decision by AJ Baxter lifting the score to 34-9. The Redskins finished the night with pins by Christian Minard, Spencer Konz, and Noah Comar. Anthony Stockdale received a forfeit win at 135 to end the dual. The wrestling team is now 21-4 for the season.
